Apparently it's not time for bed rest yet for Kourtney Kardashian! The any minute now mom-to-be was out and about in Beverly Hills on Wednesday with fiancé Scott Disick. The day started out with a quick massage, then lunch and shopping at Barney's New York with Scott and ended with a doctor's appointment to check on their baby boy.
