PHOTOS: Lady Gaga Pays Her Respects to the Queen

The queen of crazy costumes bowed low to meet the queen of England on Monday, as Lady Gaga greeted Queen Elizabeth II in Blackpool, England. True to Gaga form, the pop princess wore a high-necked, long-sleeved red gown and matching eye adornments. As for QEII, she held her own, outfit-wise, in a black dress with a bit of sparkle and flair in it as well.
