Leighton Meester looked Carrie Bradshaw fabulous at the New York Public Library Shwartzman Building on Monday. Leighton attended the 2009 Library Lions Benefit in NYC in a baby blue dress with a big flower near her neck. The Gossip Girl star looked lovely from the ankles up, but not sure about the black poofy heels...maybe a bit too much fluff!
