Despite rumored financial trouble, Lindsay Lohan took some time out of her busy schedule on Monday to shop for jewelry West Hollywood. She sure loves to accessorize! Lilo will not be creating her own jewelry collection with Pascal Mouawad. The designer put that rumor to rest.
