PHOTOS: Lindsay Lohan Rings in the New Year in St. Barts

With a pretty tumultuous year behind her, Lindsay Lohan rung in the New Year happily on the island of St. Barts in the French West Indies. On New Year’s Day, Jan. 1, she opted to take the sun while relaxing on a yacht Caribbean style, where Lindsay, 23, changed her bikini more than once in between belly dancing lessons, swimming, and jet skiing with some pals. The night before, Lindsay attended billionaire Roman Abramovitch’s New Year’s Eve bash, where Beyonce performed and Jason Statham partied in the crowd with girlfriend Alex Zosman.  Lindsay even took to her official Twitter to express her New Years plans tweeting, "To answer everybody's question...My new years resolution is to stop letting the lucky few that have my heart, try2constantly tear me down."
