PHOTOS: Lindsay Lohan Suffers a Nip Slip on the Set of 'Liz and Dick'

Accidents happen... including embarrassing wardrobe malfunctions on movie sets! 

Lindsay Lohan, who is starring as Elizabeth Taylor in the made-for-TV movie Liz & Dick, suffered a severe nip slip while shooting an intense scene for the Lifetime flick, due out later this year.

Lindsay and co-star Grant Bowler, who plays Elizabeth's ex, Richard Burton, were filming on a yacht in Los Angeles yesterday when the actress' breast popped out of her low-cut halter sundress. 

Unfortunately for Lindsay, this wardrobe malfunction was caught on-camera. Fortunately, it wasn't her fault! Maybe LiLo should think about sitting down with the costume designer for a little chat....

But, as we know, Lindsay is no stranger to nip slips.  Last May, the star suffered a couple of wardrobe malfunctions during a magazine shoot in Miami Beach, Fla. And then just three days later, her bikini top fell off while she went for a dip in the ocean. We're sure this on-set blunder didn't phase Lindsay at all.
