If Mariah Carey is coming to your party, you know to expect to things — photographers and over-the-top glam. And that's exactly what the seemingly ageless diva brought with her to the 2010 Palm Springs International Film Festival last night. The event was sponsored by world-famous jewelers Cartier and Mimi did her best to be in the spirit of the night with her shimmering black gown and enough bling on her wrists and fingers to be seen from outer space.
