It's not every day that a real Spice Girl pops out of a cake — at least not in public. But that's exactly what Melanie "Scary Spice" Brown did yesterday at London department store Debenham's. Clad in a form-fitting corset, the pop star was on hand to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Scottish lingerie brand Ultimo.
