We're sure if there was an easy hand gesture for hope, Miley Cyrus would do that, too. The Hannah Montana star flashed a peace sign on the red carpet as she arrived at Disney's 2nd Annual Concert For Hope at the Nokia Theatre in L.A. on Sunday.
