Teen superstar Miley Cyrus, who just celebrated her 17th birthday right before Thanksgiving, appeared to be having some trouble adjusting her bikini top while getting a tan poolside at her hotel in Miami on Thursday. Lucky for her, the Hannah Montana star just barely avoided a full-on wardrobe malfunction in public!
