We know Ashlee Simpson has some clothes that aren't black — heck, she wore that red, white and blue Uncle Sam jacket the other day — but whenever she comes to NYC, like yesterday when she visited the MTV studios to appear on It's On with Alexa Chung and then later when she went out on the town, Ash's look gets dark and monochrome.
