Nadya "Octomom" Suleman was spotted out and about on Sunday shooting a segment for her upcoming UK reality show.
Nadya, who made headlines all over the world after intentionally conceiving and giving birth to octuplets — despite being on government assistance at the time — earlier this year, also took one of her 14 children out for a quick run to Starbucks yesterday.
