Hills star Stephanie Pratt swept into the Big Apple and proved the old shopper's adage that two is always better than one during her shopping spree in SoHo.
Spencer Pratt's kid sis hit up several shops in the trendy downtown district, including Intermix, Top Shop and Steve Madden. And somewhere during this spending spree, Steph decided to change into a brand new top, perhaps in a feeble attempt to throw off hug-friendly fans and photographers.
