Could it be? Is Taylor Momsen not wearing very short shorts or other teeny tiny bottoms? T-Mom defied all our inappropriate legwear expectations and sported (gasp!) knee-length skirts and even pants on the set of Gossip Girl on Monday in NYC. We're so proud this 16-year-old seems to have finally listened to our clothing advice.
