Taylor Momsen has certainly grown up since playing Cindy Lou Who in The Grinch Who Stole Christmas.

The Gossip Girl star turned 16 this week, and to celebrate the momentous occasion, Taylor performed with her band The Pretty Reckless at the Maritime Hotel's Hiro Ballroom in NYC on Tuesday night.
