Never say that Madonna doesn't wear her heart on her sleeve — and over her eyes.
The Material Girl brought her Sticky & Sweet tour to St. Petersburg, Russia, on Sunday night and — in addition to sporting the heart-shaped specs — Madge gave the crowd the finger (all in good fun, right?), flashed her goodies and managed to do it all without any portion of her set collapsing.
