Phylicia Rashad, who played the mother on The Cosby Show from 1984-1992, keeps close tabs on her TV family.
“I run into them in airports and we talk on the phone,” the actress, 59, tells me.
The last “kid” she spoke to was Malcolm-Jamal Warner, 37.
“It’s just always, ‘Hi, how you doing?, everything’s good and great,’ ” she says. “He’s playing bass. He played at the Playboy Jazz Festival.”
Her other “kids” include Keshia Knight Pulliam, 28, Tempestt Bledsoe, 34, Lisa Bonet, 40, and Sabrina Le Beauf, 49.
