[expletive] star and businesswoman Jenna Jameson has officially been charged with driving under the influence in L.A.

On May 25, Jenna was allegedly cruising around a Los Angeles suburb when she hit a street pole. She was stopped by police who suspected she was DUI at around 12:45 a.m. A police officer said Jenna showed "objective signs of intoxication."

Jenna was charged with three misdemeanor counts: driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, and having a blood alcohol level of .08 or higher. (She allegedly blew up an impressive .13.)

Jenna is due in an Orange County, Calif., court tomorrow. She could luck out with probation or spend up to a year in jail.
