Royal newlyweds Prince William and Kate Middleton shared their first New Year’s as a married couple on Saturday night in England in a quite eccentric way, partying into 2012 in teepees at a bash organized by the Duchess of Cambridge’s sister, Pippa Middleton!

According to the Daily Mail, the couple danced the night away in the village of Bucklebury inside what is referred to as a “kata,” traditionally used by reindeer herders.

Kate and Pippa’s parents, Carole and Michael Middleton, provided the venue for the evening as the tents were actually set up in their own backyard, equipped with a dance floor and party essentials inside.
