It's been over a year since the royal wedding, so of course everyone's wondering when Prince William and Duchess Kate are going to bring a royal heir into the world.
Fear not royal fanatics — there are definitely kids on the horizon for Wills and Kate, just maybe not right away.
The prince told Katie Couric during an ABC News interview, The Jubilee Queen With Katie Couric, that he's excited about the next chapter with his wife but the two haven't set any date.
“I’m just very keen to have a family and both Catherine and I, you know, are looking forward to having a family in the future,” he said to Katie, but declined to give any timetable, playfully saying he was "tight lipped.”
The little boy or girl produced by the handsome couple will not only live in luxury and under the watchful eye of the press, but will fall into a pretty impressive job title, too. In a great feat for feminists, last year it was decided that regardless of gender, the first produced child of the pair would inherit the British throne.
