R. Kelly to "Tell It Like It Is" in Memoir

R. Kelly said today in a statement that he's writing an autobiography with David Ritz that will "tell it like it is," the Associated Press reports. Apparently his "Trapped" saga just wasn't enough!

The singer, writer and producer has a lot to write about! He is after all one of the best-selling recording artists in history and one of the most controversial at the same time.

The book will even discuss R. Kelly's child pornography charges that ended with an acquittal.

The memoir is still untitled and so is his new CD, but the autobiography is scheduled for release by Tavis Smiley's SmileyBooks in 2011.
