NEWSR-Pattz Hits the West Coast!

Robert Pattinson is finally back on the West Coast! From filming Bel Ami in Budapest to his trip to Chicago for the taping of Oprah Winfrey's Twilight Special, R-Pattz is an official globe trotter. The heartthrob looked very relaxed yesterday as he ran errands in L.A. and spent some time reading outdoors! Rob rocked his signature casual style — sporting a tee with the phrase "Courier Scum" — for his return to Cali and showed off a shorter 'do under his cap!
Due to his matinee idol status, Rob had a full-time bodyguard at his side as he ran around L.A yesterday.
He was carrying around a script for his latest project in his backpack! Wonder if it was for Breaking Dawn or something non-Twilight related?

Last week, Rob celebrated his 24th birthday. His on/off screen love interest Kristen Stewart planned some big presents for her leading man, including a new guitar!

R-Pattz also took some time yesterday to take in the beautiful scenery. He relaxed in a wooded area and looked to be reading from an electronic book reader.
In Jimmy Fallon's latest "Robert Is Bothered" segment, a very disgruntled Rob (played by Jimmy) is bothered by the iPad.
Jimmy might have been right on with his skit, as R-Pattz seems to be a Kindle man! Wonder if he'll upgrade?
