Rachel Bilson Brings Holiday Cheer to Target

Despite the bitter cold weather today, Rachel Bilson lends a helping hand and kicks off Target To-Go, a limited-time holiday shopping event, in NYC's High Line Park. Target presented families in need, selected by The Salvation Army, with a $100 Target GiftCard for a head start on their holiday shopping. Rachel bundled up in a puffy black coat and brought holiday cheer to customers!
