It looks like Bieber Fever is not as contagious as everyone thought. A BBC Radio 1 DJ said Justin Bieber is a "brat."

DJ Scott Mills told Metro that the Justin wasn't the "friendliest" star he's had to speak with.
"Seriously," Scott said. "Someone needs to have a word with him. He's a precocious little brat."

Since he spoke out on 16-year-old superstar, Scott took to his Twitter to apologize to the fans he upset.
"I may have called Justin Bieber a brat in today's metro! Just my experience of him, sorry.. Getting few angry messages!"
While that may be an apology, he certainly didn't take back his comment!
