During a 2003 vacation to Mexico, Ray J and Kim Kardashian filmed the infamous sex tape that made then now-reality star famous.
The rapper and the brunette stunner called it quits three years later, and in 2007, their XXX footage was mysteriously leaked.

While the release marked the end of the stars' steamy romance, it also marked the beginning of Kardashian's multi-million-dollar empire.
REELZ's new docuseries, Scandal Made Me Famous: Kim Kardashian, looks back at the KKW Beauty mogul's early days as a wannabe TV star, and touches on her ability to turn even the nastiest scandal into a career-boosting gold mine.
"Ray J shot and directed the sex tape, and afterwards, he gave it to Kim for safe-keeping," says Scandal Made Me Famous's Steve Helling in the show teaser.
