R&B singer Ray J is speaking out against rumors there are sex tapes with his former girlfriend, the late Whitney Houston.

His rep told E! News, "The despicable tabloid report released today claiming the existence of a sex tape between Ray J and Whitney Houston is not true. This story along with so many others have been released to sell magazines. There is no sex tape or explicit photos."

Star reported that Brandy's brother is sitting on "a ton of sexually explicit photos and videos" of them together and his family told "him they do not want any photos or videos painting her in a bad light to come out."
Her family also "explained to Ray that now is the time to honor Whitney, not drag her legacy down."
