Following her arrest two months ago, actress Rebecca De Mornay has been formerly charged with misdemeanor drunken driving charges.
The 48-year-old star, best known for playing a street-wise prostitute in the '80s Tom Cruise classic, Risky Business, was charged with one count of driving under the influence and one count of driving with a blood alcohol level above the legal limit of .08, said a Los Angeles District Attorney's spokeswoman on Thursday.
