With her daughter Billie Dane a year old now, Rebecca Gayheart couldn’t help but gush about what being a first time mom has been like while out with hubby Eric Dane on Saturday night in L.A.
“It’s been amazing. It’s challenging, but it’s the greatest thing ever,” the 39-year-old explained of the joys being a mom brings to reporters at the Chrysalis Butterfly Ball 10th Anniversary event.

As Billie just celebrated his first birthday in March, Rebecca was excited to share all of her daughter’s big milestones.
“Oh my gosh, she is walking now, she is talking now!,” the Jawbreaker actress revealed to OK! and added, “She is only 15 months so she has about four words. She says, ‘Mama!’ ‘Dada’ is one, she says, ‘Ball,’ she says ‘Hi,’ and she says, ‘Duck!’”
It makes sense that Rebecca “absolutely” wants more children with Grey’s Anatomy hunk Eric being such a wonderful, hands-on father.

“They have a great time together. He likes to do all of the fun stuff with her,” Rebecca told reporters of Billie’s doting daddy.
And, while Rebecca still hasn’t announced any plans for another addition, she may be able to get a few words of advice from fellow actress Jessica Alba, expecting her second child with husband Cash Warren.
“She seems to be a wonderful mother and I am sure that will just be the same having two!” Rebecca gushed about Honor Warren’s mom.
