Red Carpet Confidential: JWoww Successfully Stops Smoking!

The Jersey Shore cast is cleaning up.

Not only is Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi expecting and Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino rehabbed, but their pal Jenni “JWoww” Farley has stopped smoking.

Breaking her habit of “2-3 years” was the result of disgust after a puffing binge.

“The last cigarette I had was on Christmas,” JWoww, 26, tells me Wednesday during the Revolution Ab Cuts Sleek and Lean event at the Manhattan Mall GNC in NYC. “Hosting my own Christmas party for my family was so stressful that I smoked until I hated it. I wasn’t a heavy, heavy smoker, but I did smoke a pack that day.”

As a result, she has managed to stay away from cigarettes for nearly five months.

“I was so upset with myself that I never picked up a cigarette since.”

What tips would she share about halting the habit?

“I just stopped,” she explains. “It’s all about willpower. Anybody can put the cigarette down, and be like ‘no more,’ but the only thing I can say to people is ‘you have to do it for yourself, and you have to be ready to do it.’”
