“This,” the Ray Donovan star, 46, tells me as Naomi looks on, moments after Angelina Jolie’s dad, host Jon Voight, helps him take off his coat.
With Thanksgiving approaching this week, the family is looking forward to seeing their relatives.
“We’re going to visit my mom in Virginia, and then we’re going to Naomi’s family in Australia,” he says of their upcoming holiday travel plans.
How is the boys’ Christmas list looking?
“It’s not that long,” he says.

“This time of year, now that I have two small kids, finding ways to teach them about generosity and compassion and what this season is in any faith, are great opportunities for us,” he says. “We got to go to ABC, which does terrific work for children, up on 126th Street, and we got to bring the boys along. They got to play with these kids for two hours, which was amazing.”
He continues, “It’s not a charitable age, 4 and 6, but they like playing, and they like learning. To bring them uptown and try to explain to them what homelessness is, it’s good stuff.”
What did they think?
“The kids had a great time playing, and they wanted to go back every week, but of course, Daddy didn’t want to go back every week.”
