Eat your heart out, Leonardo DiCaprio!

His recent ex, Erin Heatherton, stuns during the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show held Wednesday at Lexington Armory in NYC.

For Erin, 23, staying sexy is part of her job as a Victoria’s Secret Angel.

How does she do it?

“I drink a lot of water,” she tells me. “I do yoga. I think yoga makes you feel sexy and look sexy. And, I have a routine.”

She continues, “I think whatever routine works for you — I think beauty is very much a routine-orientated thing. Just having a routine where you go to bed, wash your face, you put on your cream and all that stuff, I think, to me, is the essence of being yourself, and feeling beautiful in your skin.”

Now that the first snow has fallen in the Big Apple, she’s taking extra-special care of her skin.

“In the winter, I’ve been using Rodin oil on my face," she says. "It’s just oil. Moisture’s the most important thing for your skin — all the time. You should never have dry skin, and it keeps you from breaking out, it keeps you from aging. Always make sure you’re putting good stuff on your skin every day.”

Catch Erin in the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, which airs Dec. 4 at 10 p.m. ET on CBS.
