Redmond O'Neal, the son of Farrah Fawcett, was arrested again on drug charges while he was out on a 24-hour pass from drug rehab.
Radar Online exclusively reports that when Redmond returned the staff noticed that he seemed to be altered after leaving the facility for his first time.
Redmond was taken into custody on Dec. 29 on a felony charge and was ordered into rehab by a judge.
He is scheduled to be in court Tuesday for a status update on his rehab.
Due to his current arrest, Redmond is facing up to six years in prison because it violates probation terms of a previous drug offense.
