Reese Witherspoon and boyfriend Jim Toth had a busy weekend with Reese's youngest son Deacon Phillippe. The adorable six-year-old boy recently endured a foot injury, causing him to need crutches. Reese and Jim spent the weekend taking care of the little one, purchasing a wheel chair and crutches. Sunday evening, Reese, daughter Ava, Deacon and Jim all dined out in Brentwood, Calif. Poor Deacon was having difficulty with his crutches, and mom came to the rescue!

Bet dad Ryan Phillippe was also on call for his little one.
