Lindsay Lohan seemed to be enjoying another lovely, sober day in sunny Cali on Wednesday! She headed out bright and early with some coffee for morning treatment at the Betty Ford Clinic in Rancho Mirage, Calif., and returned later to the sober living home in a different outfit with a pal.

That big grin must mean that Lilo didn't watch Glee last night, unlike her , Lohan. The protective parent was apparently upset at the jokes poked at her daughter during the episode.

In last night’s episode, Gwyneth Paltrow played a substitute Spanish teacher who had the class practice their Spanish by discussing Lindsay.
“Lindsay Lohan is totally crazy, right?” Gwyneth asked. “How many times has Lindsay Lohan been to rehab?”
“Please get into groups and discuss how many times Lindsay Lohan has been in rehab,” she then tells the class.
