Report: Arrest Expected in Ruffalo Case

After a long month of bac-and-forth in the shooting death of Mark Ruffalo's brother, Scott Ruffalo, TMZ is reporting that law enforcement officials are planning to arrest someone for murder.

Although two people were detained as persons of interest in the case, they were eventually released. The lawyer for Shaha Adham said police had been convinced that Scott died during a game of Russian roulette – however the L.A. County coroner later ruled his death a homicide, not accidental suicide.
