NEWSREPORT: Brittany Murphy Left Simon Monjack Out of Her Will

Brittany Murphy left a will which was executed before she met her husband Simon Monjack, claims TMZ. The document leaves her entire estate to her mother, Sharon Murphy.
According to TMZ, the house Brittany owned and died in was held in trust. The trust was created several years before she met Simon, whom she married in May 2007. And he is not listed on the title.
It's unclear whether the Clueless star amended her will after she was married. There is no evidence at the moment that she drafted a codicil (amendment) to her will.
