In an interview on CBS's The Early Show, Katherine Jackson's attorney, L. Londell McMillan, says she and Debbie Rowe have come to an agreement concerning Michael Jackson's kids, Prince, Paris and Blanket.
Katherine, 79, will get custody and Debbie will have visitation rights, according to CBS's sources, but she won't be receiving money. Earlier reports had indicated that Debbie was seeking a financial settlement, which she denied.

“It's an agreement, an agreement for the best interests of the children. This is not a money deal. This is not about money. ... "There is no situation better for these children than for them to be raised and reared in the loving care of Mrs. Katherine Jackson," McMillan told The Early Show.
