According to a new report, Eva Longoria Parker and Tony Parker have called it quits. TMZ claims that Tony filed for divorce in Texas yesterday.
The news from TMZ doesn't come as quite that big of a shock with the recent slew of celebs splitting up and E! Online's recent investigation into the state of the couple's marriage.
E! writer Marc Malkin gave a rundown of the Eva's odd behavior over the past month.
On Nov. 7 Eva hosted the MTV EMAs in Madrid. Then, only four nights later, the actress was in Las Vegas hosting Rock for the Cure, a benefit for the Nevada Cancer Institute.

Eva's rep declined to confirm or deny the actress' CNN cancellation and when asked whether Eva and Tony had split, they once again remained silent.
Sometimes silence is more telling than words. And in this case that silence is saying "something is definitely wrong!"
Eva and Tony have been married since July 2007 and have no children together.
