
Report: 'Jersey Shore' Being Sued for Assault

The cast of Jersey Shore is being sued for assault, according to new reports, by a woman who claims that she was attacked by the cast's security team back in September of 2009.
Radar Online reports that the plaintiff, listed simply as J.P., was thrown to the floor by the shows' hired security guards.

The claimant was allegedly having a verbal altercation with cast member Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi.

The lawsuit was made against the entire cast of the Jersey Shore, 495 Productions, MTV, and Viacom.
The second season of Jersey Shore airs every Thursday night on MTV.
