Despite reports that Jon Gosselin and his ex-girlfriend Hailey Glassman were going to sit down and strike a deal over allegations she'd vandalized and burgled his NYC home, a new report claims that Jon has changed his mind and is going to continue to pursue charges against his former flame.
According to a post on Radar Online, Jon no longer wants to call a truce with Hailey and instead wants to prosecute Haily for allegedly destroying his Manhattan apartment.
Last week, Jon and Hailey said they were going to meet to resolve the conflict, but now Jon has reportedly decided he no longer wants to do that.
Jon claimed Hailey ransacked his apartment and left a note stabbed into his dresser with a knife, while she claims he pushed her up against a wall.
The situation is still under investigation by the New York police. Hailey's lawyer has confirmed that the meeting schedule last week between the two is off.
