NEWSReport: Nicole Richie Involved in Car Accident

New mom Nicole Richie was involved in a car accident with a photographer in Beverly Hills today, TMZ reports. The driver of the car that hit Nicole's vehicle has been arrested for driving without a license -- a misdemeanor.
Law enforcement sources told TMZ that Nicole was rear-ended by a paparazzo. We hear Nicole was in Beverly Hills lunching at Spago at the time.
Nicole's children are not said to have been in the car, but an adult male passenger is reported to have been with her.

Nicole was saying she was in pain, but would not go to the ER, sources on the scene said. Nicole told authorities she would see her own private doctors instead.
TMZ was told the driver of the other vehicle was cited for being an unlicensed driver and his car is being impounded.
