'Real Housewives Of Orange County' Star Gina Kirschenheiter Pleads Guilty In DUI Case

Gina Kirschenheiter has issued a plea deal in her recent DUI case. She plead guilty on Tuesday, July 9, and it has permitted her to avoid jail time.
The Real Housewives of Orange County star was arrested in February 2019 for driving under the influence of alcohol.
The 35-year-old was sentenced to three years probation, 20 hours of community service, a six-month alcohol offender program and a $140 fine.
Her arrest was first reported by The Blast and she was picked by the police at 3:43 a.m. in Rancho Santa Margarita.
Gina said in a statement shortly after the incident, “I made a very bad choice the other night after a mom’s night out. I am extremely disappointed in myself and regret my actions wholeheartedly. I have learned a valuable lesson and hope to show you all that this one incident does not define me.”

The Bravo personality had two misdemeanor charges filed against her. She was charged with a DUI and driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.08% or more.
