At the Hollywood Film Festival Monday night, Richard Gere and his wife, actress Carey Lowell, got all lovey-dovey on the red carpet, with the actor/activist exclaiming to photographers, “This is the most beautiful woman in the world!”
And when Richard stopped to chat with OK!, he revealed that his greatest accomplishment thus far in his life is “my marriage and my children for sure. Everything in my life is a tribute to my wife. She's incredible.”

Carey, who will celebrate her 5-year anniversary with Richard on Nov. 9, also gushed to OK! about her hunky husband, saying she adores his sense of humor. And how do they keep that spark alive? “We don't live in Hollywood,” she explained to OK!. “Maybe that's why it works?”
