"It was amazing just having a repeat of what happened last year. Amazing! I was in awe when we won, it was amazing. I can’t stop saying amazing because it is! It’s so amazing."

There were rumors at the awards that the Modern Family kids were going to challenge those Gleeks in a potential dance-off.

"I think I could probably lead the pack with the dancing part," he said. "I don’t know. Glee has some great dancers. I know a lot of people. If they’re up for the challenge."

Rico may have been modest, but he is known as the dancer in the Modern Family pack.

"I do like to dance. I’m the one who really takes the moves seriously. I like to have fun with my dancing, too."

What are his favorite songs to dance to?

"Well there are a lot of dances that are in the song. Like in "Party Rock Anthem" they’re the shufflin’ and in "Teach Me How To Dougie." I mean just probably Usher’s "Yeah!" and a lot of different stuff like that. Also depends on the song."

What's next for the star? Appearing on Sesame Street!

He told OK!, "I’m going to be doing a word of the day with Elmo."
