During a concert in Sydney, Australia earlier today, Rihanna and boyfriend Chris Brown were entertaining an enthusiastic crowd with her song "Umbrella." Everything seemed to be going well – at first.
At one point Rihanna appeared to touch her stomach and her movements seemed a bit sluggish. Suddenly the singer hunched over and left the stage, as seen in a video posted on YouTube. Some reports say she passed out and was treated by paramedics, with no further information being released at this time.
Chris finished the song before leaving the stage as well, ostensibly to check on his ill girlfriend, and the concert ended without any word of the Rihanna's status.
*Update* Rihanna's rep has issued the following statement to E! News: "It was very hot at the venue, so after Rihanna's set was over, she went off stage to sit down, catch her breath and have some water. She is perfectly healthy and will be at her show tomorrow."
