Rihanna Would "Love" to Play Whitney Houston in Biopic

As reports surface that a biopic of Whitney Houston will be made, Rihanna has thrown her hat into the ring, saying she would love the leading role!

She told The Press Association, "That would be something that I would have to give my entire life to do because I would really want to pull it off. That's a huge, huge role, and whoever does it has to do a good job."

Other names thrown into the mix of possibilities? Jennifer Hudson, Vivica A. Fox, Brandy and Sparkle star Jordin Sparks. Although Rihanna is, of course, known more for her singing than acting experience, the opportunity to play Whitney would represent portraying her inspiration.

"My first song that I remember falling in love with was a Whitney Houston song, "I Will Always Love You." It was really inspiring and it made me develop a passion for music. So, really, she's partly responsible for me being here in this industry."
