Rob Lowe Gains in Case

Rob Lowe still has an entire lawsuit to get resolved, but the actor has won a major decision in the case against his former nanny.

TMZ reports that Laura Boyce's claim that her confidentiality agreement with Rob and his wife was invalid. The Lowe's former employee tried to argue that it violated her right to freedom of speech. She claimed that Sheryl Lowe walked around naked in front of her and talked about her boyfriend's penis, a claim the Lowes deny.

Rob wasn't too happy about her blabbing about his family, so he's suing the former nanny for breaching that confidentiality agreement. The judge's decision means that celebrities can still feel safe with their employees who might otherwise sell information about their famous clients.
