In a surprising new development in the Rob Lowe , the second nanny who filed a lawsuit against the Lowes on Wednesday claims it was the actor’s wife who sexually harassed her – not Rob.

Per court documents, Laura Boyce, who was employed by the Lowes for most of last year, was subjected to varying degrees of sexual advances and abuse by Sheryl Berkoff, Rob’s wife.

Among the complaints include allegations that Sheryl would walk around the house in full-frontal nudity before Laura, share stories of her and Rob’s sex life, talk about the size of their sons’ penises, and ask how well-endowed Laura’s beau, a former NBA player, is.

And that's not all – Sheryl would repeatedly refer to Laura’s boyfriend with the “n” word.

For their part, the Lowes, who already filed a against Laura when first started, are downplaying her claims.

“Having struck out against Rob Lowe, Gloria Allred Laura’s lawyer, who also represents Jessica Gibson, the first nanny who sued now seeks to drag his wife and children into the fray,” a statement from the couple’s lawyer, Larry Stein, reads. “In response to a lawsuit against Laura Boyce by the Lowes, Ms. Allred filed a cross-complaint on behalf of Boyce, which contains false allegations, in an apparent attempt to divert the negative publicity which Allred's client, Gibson, has universally received.

“Although framed as a sexual harassment claim against both Sheryl and Rob Lowe, the cross-complaint alleges only words by Sheryl and never mentions any words or conduct by Rob whatsoever. The alleged statements by Sheryl are totally unrelated to, and do not provide any support for, Gibson's claim against Rob."

Gloria’s response?

"The lawsuit speaks for itself."
