Robert Pattinson was all smiles and giggles and witty asides on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night, where the Cosmopolis actor swung by to promote his new flick and joke about his love for Craigslist.

"I buy everything off Craigslist," he deadpanned. "Everything."

Rob said he particularly enjoys purchasing old, run down cars for about 2 grand off the site like his 2001 Silverado, which he calls a "solid" ride. He even travels to the seller's home and chats with them, haggling for a lower price.

The actor last visited Jimmy in 2011 and the talk show host reminded him of his living situation at the time.

"The last time you were here, I think you were homeless, right?" Jimmy said with a grin.

"Still am," Rob quipped, most likely joking about the much publicized moving vans parked outside he and Kristen Stewart's L.A. pad after the cheating scandal surfaced.

"I rented this archway, and I just live behind it. In one of those big trash cans," he says. "I'm finding it very difficult to express myself. I've kind of been living in a trashcan behind an archway for a while."

Breaking the mold from talk show hosts before him, Jimmy didn't offer Rob any comfort food or poke around the whole alleged break-up or dig for details involving the affair. Because of this, Rob seemed much more relaxed and almost even happy.
