Robert Pattinson may get his chance to sing on screen! The young hot Hollywood actor has been linked to the Jeff Buckley biopic — based on the life of the late great musician who tragically died in a drowning accident in 1997. This isn't the first time R-Pattz has been linked to a big Hollywood project, but this is one report we want to believe in.
According to The Daily Express, Rob is the one lobbying hard to for the role as the late singer-songwriter.
But he has some tough competition — James Franco and Jared Leto.
Jeff died in 1997 at the age of 31 before his second album was finished. His debut album Grace is lauded as one of the best of its time.
Rob is also known for his singing chops, featured on the Twilight soundtrack. This role seems like a huge opportunity for the bright young star.
